     just bought a new maxisys908  installed the maxisys pc suite and the pclink , when I try and print from the 908 it keeps failing to upload the file to pclink for printing.  what am I doing wrong  , help please

    thanks for the comprehensive reply, I think  all you say is done but I will recheck and reboot the computer and try again .
